Tremaine Johnson (born March 17, 1995) is an American former professional gridiron football player who played as a defensive end. He played college football for the Arkansas State Red Wolves, where he earned All-Sun Belt Conference honors. After going undrafted in the 2018 NFL Draft, Johnson signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as a free agent. He spent time on the Eagles' practice squad and later joined the Indianapolis Colts’ practice squad during the 2018 season.
Following his NFL tenure, Johnson continued his professional career in alternative leagues. He signed with the New York Guardians of the XFL for the 2020 season before the league suspended operations. In 2022, he was selected by the New Jersey Generals in the United States Football League (USFL) draft and contributed to the team's defensive line.
Johnson's playing style was characterized by his pass-rushing ability and versatility on the defensive front. After retiring from professional play, he has been involved in community outreach programs focusing on youth sports development.
