Trahson Burrell (born November 16, 1992) is an American professional basketball player who currently competes for Libertadores de Querétaro of the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP) in Mexico. He primarily plays the small forward position.
Early life and high school
Born and raised in Albany, New York, Burrell attended Bishop Maginn High School before transferring to St. Thomas More School in Oakdale, Connecticut, and later to Summit Christian Academy in East Lansing, Michigan, for his senior year.
College career
Burrell began his collegiate basketball career at Lee College (2012–2014), where he averaged 25.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game as a sophomore, ranking among the top junior‑college scorers nationally. He then transferred to the University of Memphis, playing for the Memphis Tigers during the 2014–2015 and 2015–2016 seasons. At Memphis, he posted averages of 9.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 1.9 assists per game as a junior, and 10.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game as a senior.
Professional career

2016–2017: Selected 14th overall in the second round of the 2016 NBA Development League draft by the Long Island Nets. He averaged 13.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.39 steals per game, and participated in the D‑League All‑Star Slam Dunk Contest.

2017–2018: Traded to the Memphis Hustle, where he recorded 13.3 points and 8.5 rebounds per game before being waived in February 2018.

2018: Signed with Maccabi Haifa of the Israeli Basketball Premier League, appearing in four games with averages of 2.8 points and 2.8 rebounds.

2018–2020: Joined the Texas Legends of the NBA G League.

2021: Played for the Syracuse Stallions in The Basketball League (TBL).

2021–2022: Competed with the Edmonton Stingers of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL).
