Tràng Định district is a rural district (huyện) of Lạng Sơn province in the Northeast region of Vietnam. The district lies in the mountainous area of northern Vietnam, bordering China to the north. As of the 2003 census, the district had a population of 62,869, and it covered an area of 995 km² (384 sq mi). The district capital is the town of Thất Khê.
