Anton "Toni" Prijon (born c. 1961) is a German former canoeist who specialized in slalom canoeing. He is also a prominent figure in the family's renowned kayak manufacturing business, Prijon GmbH.
Prijon achieved international recognition in canoe slalom during the 1980s. His most significant sporting accomplishment was winning a gold medal in the C-1 team event at the 1985 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships held in Augsburg, West Germany. He also represented West Germany at the 1988 Summer Olympics in Seoul, where he competed in the K-1 event, finishing 17th.
Following his competitive sports career, Toni Prijon became deeply involved in the management of Prijon GmbH, a leading company in kayak and canoe manufacturing founded by his father, Anton "Tony" Prijon Sr., a legendary figure in the sport and industry. He has held various leadership roles within the company, continuing the family legacy in watersports equipment innovation and production.
