Tonhon Chonlatee is a 2020 Thai television series starring Suphakorn Sriphothong (Pod) and Thanawat Rattanakitpaisan (Khaotung). The series is a romantic comedy-drama belonging to the "Boys' Love" (BL) genre. It was produced by GMMTV in association with Kengkwangkan and directed by Ekkasit Trakulkasemsuk.
The series is based on the novel of the same name written by Nabu. The narrative follows the relationship between two childhood neighbors, Chonlatee and Tonhon. Chonlatee has harbored a long-standing secret crush on Tonhon, who initially presents as heterosexual and displays protective, brotherly feelings toward Chonlatee. After Tonhon returns from college, the two become roommates, leading to a progression in their relationship as Tonhon begins to question his own feelings and navigates his internal biases.
Tonhon Chonlatee aired from November 13, 2020, to January 22, 2021, on the Thai television network GMM 25 and the streaming platform AIS Play. The supporting cast includes Jirakit Kuariyakul, Chinnarat Siriphongchawalit, Phatchara Tubthong, and Kalaya Lertkasemsap. The series gained international visibility through GMMTV’s official digital distribution channels.
