Toki Yukutomo (行友 容, Yukutomo Toki, born 1978) is a Japanese politician who currently serves as a member of the House of Representatives of Japan for the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan (CDP). He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2021 through the Kyushu proportional representation block.
Early Life and Education Born in 1978, Toki Yukutomo attended Kyushu University, where he graduated from the Faculty of Law in 2002. Prior to his national political career, he worked as a political secretary and gained experience in local governance.

Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly (2011–2021): Yukutomo began his political career at the local level, serving as a member of the Fukuoka Prefectural Assembly. He was first elected in 2011 and served multiple terms, representing the Fukuoka City Higashi Ward constituency. During his time in the assembly, he focused on issues pertinent to regional development and local citizen welfare.

House of Representatives (2021–Present): In the 2021 Japanese general election, Yukutomo contested the Fukuoka 1st district as a candidate for the Constitutional Democratic Party. Although he was unsuccessful in winning the single-seat constituency, he was elected to the House of Representatives through the proportional representation block for Kyushu. He took office in October 2021. As a member of the national legislature, he has been involved in policy discussions related to social welfare, regional revitalization, and economic policy. He is a part of the Constitutional Democratic Party's efforts to provide a strong opposition voice in Japanese politics.
Political Affiliation Yukutomo is a prominent member of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, the largest opposition party in the National Diet.
