Toi Kagami (加々美 登生, Kagami Toi; born 15 February 1999) is a Japanese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Thespa Gunma in the J3 League.

Youth and College Career Kagami was in the youth system of Ventforet Kofu from 2011 to 2016. He later attended Toin University of Yokohama, playing for the university team from 2017 to 2020.
Senior Career Kagami began his senior professional career with Iwate Grulla Morioka in January 2021. He made his league debut for Iwate against Gainare Tottori on 21 March 2021, and scored his first league goal for the club against Vanraure Hachinohe on 11 April 2021. In January 2025, he transferred to Thespa Gunma.
