Thomas Young (born 13 May 1992) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays as a flanker.
Career
Young began his professional career with Cardiff Blues, making his debut in 2011. He moved to Wasps in 2014, where he became a regular first-team player, known for his work rate, breakdown skills and tackling ability. In 2022, he returned to Cardiff Rugby (formerly Cardiff Blues).
International Career
Young has represented Wales at Under-20 level. He has also been called up to the senior Wales squad on several occasions but has yet to win a full international cap as of October 2023.
Personal Life
Young is the son of former Wales captain Dai Young, who also coached Cardiff Blues and Wasps.
