Thomas Milles (1671-1740) was an Irish Anglican clergyman who served as the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore. He was born in Hungerford, Berkshire, England, and educated at Wadham College, Oxford, where he matriculated in 1688, graduating B.A. in 1692, M.A. in 1694, and D.D. in 1707.
Milles held various ecclesiastical positions before his elevation to the episcopate. He served as Rector of Dingle, County Kerry, and later as Archdeacon of Waterford. He was nominated Bishop of Waterford and Lismore on 8 December 1707, and consecrated on 25 January 1708.
During his time as bishop, Milles was active in the administration of his diocese and was noted for his sermons. He faced challenges related to the financial affairs of the bishopric. He died on 13 May 1740.
