Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer are American screenwriters who have collaborated on a number of film projects from 2003 through 2021.
Background
The duo have worked together as writing partners for over a decade. Their collaborative screenwriting credits include the television film Thoughtcrimes (2003), the adventure film Sahara (2005) starring Matthew McConaughey, the science fiction film A Sound of Thunder (2005), the horror-comedy Dylan Dog: Dead of Night (2011), and the reboot Conan the Barbarian (2011), on which they shared credit with Sean Hood. In 2021, they were attached to adapt Brian Freeman's novel Infinite for Universal Pictures, with Chris Morgan producing.

Note on name ambiguity: Joshua Oppenheimer (born 1974) is also the name of a different individual—an Oscar-nominated documentary filmmaker known for The Act of Killing (2012) and The Look of Silence (2014), based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The screenwriter Joshua Oppenheimer who collaborates with Thomas Dean Donnelly is a separate person from the documentary director.
