The Dominion 2013 Northern Ontario Men's Curling Championship, officially the 2013 Dominion Men's NOCA (Northern Ontario Curling Association) Provincial Curling Championship, was held from February 6 to 10, 2013, at the Nipigon Curling Club in Nipigon, Ontario. The tournament served as the Northern Ontario provincial championship for men's curling, with the winning team earning the right to represent Northern Ontario at the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier in Edmonton, Alberta.
Format and Qualification
Nine teams qualified for the championship through various methods. Three berths were awarded from the East Qualifier (January 11–13) and three from the West Qualifier (January 11–13). Additional berths were determined by the East Challenge Round (January 19), the West Challenge Round (January 26–27), and one berth was awarded to the Canadian Team Ranking System (CTRS) leader as of December 31, which was the team skipped by Brad Jacobs.

Playoffs
The semifinal was played on February 9 between the second- and third-place teams. Robbie Gordon defeated Bryan Burgess by a score of 7–4.
The final was played on February 10. Brad Jacobs's team, which had finished first in the round robin, faced Robbie Gordon's team. In a close match, Jacobs defeated Gordon 6–5 to claim the championship. This marked Brad Jacobs's sixth Northern Ontario Provincial Championship title.
Outcome
As the champion, Team Brad Jacobs (skip Brad Jacobs, third Ryan Fry, second E. J. Harnden, lead Ryan Harnden) went on to represent Northern Ontario at the 2013 Tim Hortons Brier, the Canadian national men's curling championship, held in Edmonton, Alberta.
