Tenyayevo (Russian: Теняево; Bashkir: Тәнәй, Tänäy) is a rural locality (a selo) in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. It serves as the administrative centre of Tenyayevsky Selsoviet within Fyodorovsky District.

The settlement is situated at coordinates 53°13′ N 55°06′ E, approximately 9 km northwest of Fyodorovka, the administrative centre of Fyodorovsky District, by road. The nearest rural locality is Sashino. Tenyayevo lies within the UTC+5:00 time zone.

According to the 2010 All‑Russian Population Census, Tenyayevo had a population of 446 residents. The locality comprises six officially recorded streets.
