Ted Wade was an Australian rules footballer who played with Fitzroy in the Victorian Football League (VFL) during the early 1950s.
Wade, a key position player, was recruited from Preston Technical School. He debuted for Fitzroy in 1950 and played a total of 12 VFL games across two seasons. He kicked one goal during his VFL career. After his time at Fitzroy, Wade continued playing football at the local level.
