Takuya Hirai (Japanese: 平井 卓也, born 29 June 1964) is a Japanese politician affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP). He has served as a member of the House of Representatives in Japan's National Diet, representing constituencies in Osaka Prefecture. Hirai held the cabinet position of Minister of State for Digital Transformation from September 2020 to October 2021 in the administration of Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga.
