Takashi Ishizaki (石崎 貴; born October 9, 1974) is a Japanese former professional baseball pitcher. He played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Yomiuri Giants, Orix BlueWave/Buffaloes, and Tokyo Yakult Swallows during his career.
Ishizaki was born in Tokyo, Japan. He was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the first round of the 1992 NPB draft out of Higashichikushi Gakuen High School. He made his professional debut with the Giants in 1993. Known for his powerful fastball, he spent ten seasons with the Yomiuri Giants, primarily as a middle reliever, but also made starts during his tenure.
In 2003, Ishizaki was traded to the Orix BlueWave (which later merged to become the Orix Buffaloes in 2005), where he continued his role as a relief pitcher. He then joined the Tokyo Yakult Swallows in 2007, playing his final two professional seasons before retiring after the 2008 season.
Over his 16-year NPB career, Ishizaki appeared in 342 games, accumulating a record of 30 wins and 38 losses, along with 15 saves and an earned run average (ERA) of 3.86. After retiring from playing, he has occasionally appeared as a baseball commentator.
