[[Tõnu Tepandi]] (born 4 July 1947) is an [[Estonia]]n actor, singer, director, and former [[politician]]. Known for his versatile career spanning theatre, film, music, and public service, he has been a prominent figure in Estonian cultural life for several decades.

Tõnu Tepandi was born in [[Tallinn]], Estonia. He studied acting at the [[Tallinn State Conservatory]] (now the [[Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre]]), graduating in 1970. His studies were under the guidance of renowned theatre director and pedagogue [[Voldemar Panso]].Career
