Sunset (Superbus album)

Sunset is the fifth studio album by the French power pop band Superbus, released on 27 August 2012 through Polydor and Universal labels. The album was recorded at East West Studios in Los Angeles and produced by Billy Bush, known for his work with Garbage.

Background

The album follows Superbus's 2010 compilation Happy BusDay: The Best of Superbus. It was recorded in Paris and Los Angeles and features an eclectic mix of grunge, 1980s pop, and synth rock influences, continuing the band's signature sound led by vocalist and songwriter Jennifer Ayache.

Singles

Two singles were released from the album:

• "All Alone" – released on 21 May 2012 as the lead single.
• "À la chaîne" – the second single.
