Stevie Murray (born 12 July 1983) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder in the Scottish Football League and Scottish Premier League.
Overview
Murray began his senior career with Hamilton Academical in 2002, making his debut during the 2002–03 season. Over six seasons with Hamilton, he amassed more than 150 league appearances and contributed to the club’s promotion to the Scottish Premier League in 2008. During his tenure, he also spent brief loan periods at Alloa Athletic (2005) and Stirling Albion (2008). After leaving Hamilton, Murray signed permanently with Stirling Albion, later joining Stenhousemuir in 2010, where he concluded his playing career in 2012.
