The Songkhram River (Thai: แม่น้ำสงคราม, Maenam Songkhram) is a major tributary of the Mekong River located in the Isan region of northeastern Thailand. It drains a basin that encompasses portions of the provinces of Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, and Nong Khai before discharging into the Mekong near the town of Nakhon Phanom.
