Smile Please is a 2019 Indian Marathi-language drama film directed by fashion designer-turned-filmmaker Vikram Phadnis. The film explores themes of memory, relationships, and self-discovery through the journey of its protagonist.

Plot The story revolves around Nandini (played by Mukta Barve), a successful and celebrated photographer who appears to have a perfect life. However, her world begins to unravel when she starts experiencing early symptoms of memory loss, which is later diagnosed as early-onset Alzheimer's disease. As her condition deteriorates, she struggles to come to terms with her diagnosis and the impact it will have on her career and personal life. The film sensitively portrays her emotional journey, her efforts to cope with the illness, and the changing dynamics of her relationships with her family and friends, particularly her husband and a young assistant. It highlights the importance of living in the present and finding joy amidst life's challenges.
