Sitdik-Mullino is located approximately 15 km southeast of Tolbazy, the administrative centre of Aurgazinsky District. The nearest rural locality is Tashlykul. The village is situated at coordinates 53°58′N 55°59′E, within the undulating plains and rolling hills characteristic of the Aurgazinsky region.
