Simon Verbeek (born 29 March 1967) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for the Carlton Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Playing Career Verbeek played senior football for Carlton from 1989 to 1991. Over his AFL career, he played 38 games and kicked 33 goals. Prior to joining Carlton, he played in a Richmond Under-19s premiership in 1985 and spent two seasons playing reserve grade football with the Tigers. He also played for VFA club Oakleigh before being drafted by Carlton in the 1989 pre-season draft.
