Plot The story revolves around Karan (Govinda), a mischievous but good-hearted college student who is part of an NCC (National Cadet Corps) camp. He frequently gets into comical troubles but always manages to charm his way out. During the camp, he meets and falls in love with Divya (Divya Bharti), the disciplined and strict daughter of a powerful Police Commissioner, Yashpal Saxena (Alok Nath).

Divya's brother, Bali (Mohnish Bahl), is involved with a notorious local gangster and criminal, Kali Prasad (Gulshan Grover), who is also seeking to marry Divya to further his influence. The film follows Karan's attempts to win Divya's heart and expose Kali Prasad's true nature, all while navigating the disapproval of Divya's father and the dangers posed by Kali Prasad and his gang. Karan, despite his carefree attitude, demonstrates courage and wit in protecting Divya and confronting the villains, ultimately proving his love and integrity.
