Sergei Dogadin

Sergei Dogadin (born 1992) is a Russian violinist. He began violin studies in early childhood and received formal training at the Gnessin State Musical College in Moscow before continuing at the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied under renowned pedagogue Viktor Tretiakov.

Dogadin has performed as a soloist with several prominent Russian orchestras, including the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra and the Russian National Orchestra, and has appeared in concert series in major cultural centers such as Moscow, St Petersburg, and Berlin. His repertoire encompasses works from the Baroque period to contemporary compositions, and he is noted for interpretations of pieces by composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Ludwig van Beethoven, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

In addition to his concert activities, Dogadin has participated in international violin competitions, earning prize‑winning recognition at events such as the International Tchaikovsky Competition (2015) and the International Violin Competition “Moscow” (2009). He has also contributed recordings to classical music labels, featuring solo and chamber music repertoire.

Dogadin continues to be active as a performer and educator, offering master‑class sessions and collaborating with other musicians in chamber ensembles. His career reflects a blend of technical proficiency and artistic expression within the contemporary classical music scene.
