Scipione Angelini (1661–1729) was an Italian painter of the Baroque period, best known for still-life compositions, particularly elaborate flower pieces. He was born and active in Ascoli, in the Papal States (present-day Ascoli Piceno, Italy). Angelini worked within the Roman School tradition, producing a body of work characterized by detailed depictions of natural elements that captured the opulence and realism of the era. His paintings are noted for their intricate rendering of flowers and other still-life subjects.
