Saulieu (French pronunciation: [soljø]) is a rural commune in the Côte-d'Or department of the Bourgogne‑Franche‑Comté region in eastern France. It serves as the capital of the Morvan area and lies within the Morvan Regional Natural Park, approximately 250 km southeast of Paris on the RN 6 road.
