Santiago Grillo (born December 3, 1999) is a Colombian professional golfer. He is known for his collegiate career in the United States and subsequent entry into professional golf, primarily competing on various tours in North and South America.

Early Life and Amateur Career Grillo was born in Cali, Colombia. He developed his golf skills in Colombia and later moved to the United States to pursue collegiate golf. He attended the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of the Arkansas Razorbacks men's golf team. During his time at Arkansas, he competed in numerous collegiate tournaments, contributing to the team's success. As an amateur, Grillo also represented Colombia in several international competitions, showcasing his talent on a global stage.

Professional Career Grillo turned professional in 2021. He quickly began competing on professional tours, including PGA Tour Latinoamérica.
