Samantha Cesario

Samantha Cesario (born August 23, 1993) is an American former competitive figure skater and current coach. Known for her elegant style and strong technical elements, she competed internationally for the United States for several years before retiring due to injuries.

Career Highlights: Cesario began skating at a young age and quickly rose through the ranks in the U.S. competitive circuit. Her junior career was marked by success on the international stage.

  • 2009–2010 Season: Cesario made her debut on the ISU Junior Grand Prix series. She earned a silver medal at the 2010 Junior Grand Prix in Austria, qualifying her for the Junior Grand Prix Final where she finished sixth.
  • 2011–2012 Season: She competed at the senior level internationally, notably placing fourth at the 2012 Four Continents Championships, one of the ISU's major championships. She also finished 8th at the U.S. National Championships that year.
  • Later Career: Cesario continued to compete at national and international events, including several Grand Prix assignments, until the 2014-2015 season. Persistent injuries ultimately led to her withdrawal from competitive skating.

Post-Competitive Career: Following her retirement from competitive skating, Samantha Cesario transitioned into coaching. She now works as a figure skating coach, sharing her extensive experience and knowledge with the next generation of skaters.
