Salamanga

Salamanga is a locality in Mozambique. Specifically, it is a coastal settlement located in the Sofala Province. Salamanga is known primarily as a fishing village and a point of access to the Bazaruto Archipelago, a collection of islands known for their pristine beaches and marine life. The economy of Salamanga is largely dependent on fishing and, increasingly, tourism related to the archipelago.
