Sai Kung Central is one of the constituencies in the Sai Kung District Council of Hong Kong. The seat was created in 1991 and is currently held by Lee Ka-leung.
The constituency returns one district councillor to the Sai Kung District Council every four years. The boundary is loosely based on the central areas of Sai Kung Town, encompassing residential areas, the town centre, and nearby villages.
Due to its location in a more rural and less densely populated district, the electorate size of Sai Kung Central is typically smaller compared to urban constituencies in Hong Kong. The demographics of the constituency are diverse, including long-term residents, newer arrivals, and a mix of local and expatriate communities. Local issues often revolve around environmental protection, development projects in the surrounding countryside, and transportation.
