Saša Gajser (born 12 July 1974) is a Slovenian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Born in Celje, then part of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Gajser began his senior career in the early 1990s and went on to represent several clubs in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, including NK Maribor, NK Olimpija Ljubljana, and NK Drava Ptuj. He also had a stint abroad with Polish side Zagłębie Lubin.
Internationally, Gajser was capped by the Slovenia national team, making six appearances between 1998 and 2000. After retiring from active play, he remained involved in football, undertaking coaching and administrative roles at the club level.
Gajser’s career is noted for his versatility in midfield and contribution to both domestic league competition and the national team during the formative years of Slovenian football following independence.
