Söllichau is a village and a former municipality in the Wittenberg district, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 January 2011, it is part of the municipality of Bad Schmiedeberg. Söllichau is situated approximately 15 kilometers southeast of Wittenberg. It lies within the Dübener Heide Nature Park.
