Ruth Ogbeifo (born April 18, 1972) is a Nigerian weightlifter. She is best known for winning a silver medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Australia, competing in the women's 75 kg category. This achievement made her one of Nigeria's most successful female weightlifters.
Ogbeifo also achieved success at the Commonwealth Games, securing a gold medal at the 2002 Manchester Commonwealth Games in the 75 kg class. Her career highlights underscore her prominence in international weightlifting during her competitive years.
