Rusajny is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Pisz, within Pisz County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It is situated in the historical region of Masuria.

Rusajny is located approximately 9 kilometres (6 miles) south-west of the town of Pisz, which serves as the seat of both the gmina and the county. It lies about 81 kilometres (50 miles) south-east of Olsztyn, the regional capital of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship. The village is situated within the Masurian Lake District, an area renowned for its natural beauty, characterized by numerous lakes, forests, and rolling hills.
