Runów [ˈrunuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Piaseczno, within Piaseczno County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 miles) south-west of Piaseczno and 23 kilometres (14 miles) south of Warsaw.
The settlement has historical roots dating back to at least the 15th century, with records of the village appearing in 15th-century documents. In the second half of the 16th century, it was a noble-owned village (wieś szlachecka) known as Runowo, located in the Tarczyn County of the Warsaw Land within the Masovian Voivodeship. In 1827, the village consisted of 11 houses.
Today, Runów is a sołectwo (administrative village unit) within the Gmina Piaseczno. It is situated near the Chojnowskie Forests (Lasy Chojnowskie), approximately 13 km from Warsaw and 5 km from Piaseczno. The area is also known for a tourist attraction called "Western West Wild West City," a Wild West-themed settlement accessible by car or narrow-gauge railway on the Piaseczno–Tarczyn–Piaseczno route, with a stop in Runów.
