Rudolf Höpfler (22 January 1912 – date of death unknown) was an Austrian rower. He competed at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, participating in the men's coxless four event, where his crew finished in fifth place.
Höpfler rowed for the rowing club Ruderverein Wiking Linz. Together with his clubmate Camillo Winkler, he won a bronze medal at the 1934 European Rowing Championships in Lucerne in the coxless pair. At the 1935 European Rowing Championships in Berlin, he was part of the coxless four crew (alongside Camillo Winkler, Hans Binder, and Wilhelm Pichler) that won a silver medal.
At the 1936 Berlin Olympics, the same quartet lost their first-round heat to Germany but won their semi-final against Denmark and the United States to qualify for the final round, ultimately finishing fifth.
