Ronald Gutiérrez Flores (born 2 December 1979) is a Bolivian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.

Club career
Gutiérrez began his senior career in 1999 with The Strongest, where he remained until 2006, making 246 league appearances and scoring 13 goals. In 2007 he transferred to La Paz F.C., registering 42 appearances and 9 goals; that season he was named the best player in the Bolivian first division and helped the club qualify for the 2008 Copa Libertadores.
In 2008 he moved abroad to Turkish Süper Lig side Bursaspor, appearing in 6 matches and scoring once. He returned to Bolivia in early 2009, signing with Club Bolívar (17 appearances). Later that year he was loaned to Nacional Potosí, playing 9 matches, and in 2010 he joined Club Deportivo Guabirá, where he made 35 appearances and scored 2 goals before retiring.
International career
Gutiérrez earned three caps for the Bolivia national team between 2007 and 2008, appearing in FIFA World Cup qualification matches. He did not score for the national side.
Retirement
After concluding his playing stint with Guabirá, Gutiérrez retired from professional football.
