Roman Kozak (Ukrainian: Роман Козак; January 14, 1969 – December 21, 2020) was a Ukrainian politician who served as a People's Deputy of Ukraine for three convocations, representing the All-Ukrainian Union "Fatherland" (Batkivshchyna) party.
