Rolando Jorge Ferreira Neto (born 31 March 1985) is a professional footballer who plays as a central defender. Born in São Paulo, Brazil, he was raised in Portugal and elected to represent the Portuguese national team at senior international level.
Club career
- Sporting CP – Rolando began his senior career with Sporting CP, making his professional debut in the Primeira Liga in 2005.
- S.L. Benfica – In 2007 he transferred to Benfica, where he became a regular starter and made over 200 league appearances, contributing to several domestic league titles and cup victories.
- Granada CF – In 2015 he moved to Spanish side Granada CF, initially on loan before signing permanently.
