Rodolfo Alejandro Madrid González (born July 14, 1980) is a Chilean football manager and former professional player. During his playing career, he primarily occupied the positions of left-back and left midfielder.
Madrid is most notably associated with the Chilean club Colo-Colo, where he developed as a youth player and spent a significant portion of his professional career. During his time with the club, he was part of several squads that secured Chilean Primera División titles. In addition to his tenure at Colo-Colo, Madrid played for other Chilean professional clubs, including Palestino, Unión Española, Huachipato, and Deportes Antofagasta.
Following his retirement from professional play, Madrid transitioned into coaching. He served as the manager of Rodelindo Román, a club owned by Chilean footballer Arturo Vidal, where he oversaw the team's progression through the lower tiers of the Chilean football league system. His managerial career has focused on player development and technical leadership within the domestic circuit.
