Robert Walden (born October 16, 1942) is an American former competition swimmer. He represented the United States at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan. Walden competed in the 200-meter butterfly, finishing fourth in the final with a time of 2:06.4. He also participated in the preliminary heats of the 4x100-meter medley relay, where the U.S. team qualified for the final. Walden did not swim in the final, but as the U.S. team won the gold medal, he received a gold medal as well. Walden attended Yale University, where he swam for the Yale Bulldogs swimming and diving team.
