Road Wild

Road Wild was an annual professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW) from 1996 to 1999. Distinct from WCW's other PPVs, Road Wild was typically held outdoors and often at a motorcycle rally, specifically the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in Sturgis, South Dakota. The event's atmosphere heavily incorporated biker culture, featuring motorcycles as part of the entrance sets and often including biker-themed storylines leading up to the event. The name "Road Wild" itself is a reference to the type of behavior often associated with large gatherings of motorcyclists and the open road. The final Road Wild event was held in 1999.
