Richard Crawley (cricketer)

Richard Crawley (born 19 September 1972) is a former English cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-pace bowler.

Crawley played first-class cricket for Middlesex between 1995 and 2000. He also represented Sussex in List A cricket in 2001. In his first-class career, Crawley played 23 matches, scoring 754 runs with a highest score of 124. He also took 14 wickets with a best of 3 for 36. In List A cricket, he played 8 matches, scoring 81 runs.

His career was primarily with Middlesex, and although not a regular in the first team, he was a useful squad player during a successful period for the county. He occasionally opened the batting, but more often batted in the middle order. After leaving Middlesex, he continued to play Minor Counties cricket.
