Richard Belvin (born 26 August 1941) is a Bermudian sailor and Olympic competitor. He was born in Paget, Bermuda.
Belvin competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for Bermuda. At the 1968 Summer Olympics in Acapulco, he sailed in the Dragon class. At the 1972 Summer Olympics in Kiel, he again competed in the Dragon class. At the 1976 Summer Olympics in Kingston, Ontario, he sailed in the Soling class.
In addition to his Olympic appearances, Belvin finished third in the 1967 Pan American Games in the Snipe class, sailing with crewmate Penny Simmons.
Belvin is one of Bermuda's notable Olympic sailors, having represented the country at the highest level of international competition across three Olympic Games.
