Reto Ziegler is a Swiss curler who has competed at both national and international levels. Representing the St Moritz Curling Club, Ziegler played primarily in the second position on teams skipped by Andreas Schwaller during the mid‑1990s. He made two appearances at the World Men’s Curling Championship, participating in the 1995 event held in Edmonton, Canada, and the 1998 championship in Kamloops, Canada, where his teams placed sixth and eighth respectively.
At the national level, Ziegler was a two‑time Swiss men’s champion, winning the Swiss Men’s Curling Championship in 1995 and again in 1998. His 1995 championship team, skipped by Andreas Schwaller with Christof Schwaller at third and Peter Eggenschwiler as lead, secured the title at the Swiss Men's Curling Championship (SMCC) and subsequently represented Switzerland at the 1995 World Championship. The 1998 championship team, also skipped by Andreas Schwaller but with Marc Haudenschild at third and Rolf Iseli as lead, repeated the national victory and competed at the 1998 World Championship.
Ziegler’s competitive career includes participation in additional Swiss championships throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s, and he has also been listed as part of a 2003–04 team under skip André Flotron. His contributions to Swiss curling are documented in the records of the World Curling Federation and the Swiss Curling Association.
