René Lewejohann (born 13 February 1984) is a German football manager and former player who is the manager of Regionalliga West club 1. FC Bocholt.

Playing Career Lewejohann began his youth career at SC Westfalia Herne and VfL Bochum. He made his professional debut for LR Ahlen on 21 September 2003 in the 2. Bundesliga. Over his playing career, he represented clubs including Schalke 04 II, SV Wilhelmshaven, Alemannia Aachen II, Westfalia Herne, Bonner SC, SV Meppen, Sportfreunde Siegen, 1. FC Kaan-Marienborn, DSC Wanne-Eickel, and BV Herne-Süd. His career was significantly affected by injuries, including two metatarsal fractures within six months while at Schalke 04's reserve team.
Coaching Career Lewejohann gained initial coaching experience in Australia in 2016, supervising youth teams at Sydney FC. His managerial career in Germany includes:
