Reehana Khan (born 7 January 1999) is a Namibian cricketer who has represented the Namibia women’s national team in international Twenty20 (WT20I) competition. She is a right‑hand bat and bowls right‑arm medium pace.

Khan made her WT20I debut for Namibia on 20 August 2018 against Malawi during the 2018 Botswana Cricket Association Women’s T20I Series. The match marked Namibia’s first appearance in a WT20I. She earned cap number 7 for the national side.
She was selected for Namibia’s squad for the 2019 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 Qualifier held in Scotland and featured in the opening match of the tournament against Ireland on 31 August 2019. In May 2021, Khan was again named in the national squad for the 2021 Kwibuka Women’s T20 Tournament in Rwanda.
