Raw (Moxy album)

Raw is the fourth and final studio album by the Canadian hard rock band Moxy, released in 1983. This album marked a significant shift in the band's sound, embracing a heavier, more straightforward rock approach compared to their earlier, more melodic and progressive tendencies. "Raw" also saw a lineup change, featuring only Earl Johnson from the original Moxy lineup, alongside vocalist Buzz Shearman (returning after a hiatus) and other musicians. The album was not a major commercial success but remains a notable entry in Moxy's discography for its heavier sound and the reunion with Shearman. The album's tracks often explored themes of rebellion, struggle, and the hardships of life.
