Raul Kivilo (born October 21, 1974) is an Estonian politician who has served as a member of the Riigikogu (Estonian Parliament) since 2023. He is a member of the Estonian Centre Party (Eesti Keskerakond).
Early Life and Education Kivilo was born in Põltsamaa, Estonia. He pursued higher education at the Estonian University of Life Sciences, where he graduated with a degree in agricultural engineering.
Political Career Kivilo's political career began in local government. He served as the Mayor of Põltsamaa Parish from 2017 until his election to the national parliament in 2023. Prior to becoming mayor, he was involved in the Põltsamaa city council.
In the 2023 Estonian parliamentary election, Raul Kivilo was elected to the 15th Riigikogu, representing the Jõgeva and Tartu County electoral district. As a member of the Estonian Centre Party, he participates in legislative work and debates on national issues.
