Randi Anda (née Friestad; 29 December 1898, Egersund – 7 May 1999) was a Norwegian politician for the Christian Democratic Party and a Christian missionary to China.
She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Rogaland during four consecutive terms: 1954–1957, 1958–1961, 1961–1965, and 1965–1969.
Outside of politics, Anda was a missionary affiliated with the Norwegian Lutheran Mission. She was married to fellow missionary Arne Anda, and together they served as missionaries in China from 1920 to 1938. During the Second World War, she and her husband were working in Qiqihar, Manchukuo (Japanese-occupied Manchuria) when they were taken prisoner by Japanese forces on 8 December 1941. They were incarcerated in Qiqihar's concentration camp for three and a half years, until the end of the war.
